Your asado stays on your phone

Who we are
Brasa Lista is an iPhone and iPad app for planning an asado or a mangal: the grill layout, the fire timeline, guests, the shopping list, the vaquita (cost split), a log of past asados and a guide. This policy explains what happens to the information you use in the app.
Data we collect
None. The developer does not receive, store, sell or share any information about you or the people you add to the app. The app has no server of its own and makes no network requests to collect data.
Data stored on your device
To work, the app keeps the following in its private storage on your device. It never leaves the device unless you choose to share it yourself.

If your device is backed up to iCloud or a computer, this storage is included in that backup under Apple's terms. You can delete everything at any time in Settings → Erase all data, or by deleting the app.
Camera and photos
The camera is used only when you tap "Take photo" to photograph the grill for a log entry or to take a guest's picture. Photos from your library are chosen through Apple's system photo picker, which gives the app only the photo you select. Photos are saved inside the app on your device and are never uploaded.
Notifications
If you turn on alerts in fire mode, or keep the shopping reminder on, the app schedules local notifications on your device. No push service or server is involved.
Sharing
When you share a shopping list, a vaquita summary, a guide or a log entry, the app hands plain text to the iOS share sheet. What happens next depends on the app you pick (for example, a messaging app). Nothing is shared without your action.

This policy and the support page open from Settings. They are hosted on brasalistapro.online, which does not use cookies or trackers.
Children
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on your behalf. You stay in full control of the information on your device. If you have a question about privacy, write to us and we will answer.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. A change that affects what the app stores would also be described in the app's release notes.

Send us a message through the contact form on our support page. The name, email address and message you send there are used only to reply to you; the app itself never sends them.
